Andy Butenhoff
Managing Director
Andy is co-founder of Disease Control Technologies. His background includes consulting, development, and commercialization of new technologies. Butenhoff was instrumental in the development and commercialization of the USAID NetMark LLIN production process and was engaged by BASF, Bayer and Syngenta during the development of Interceptor and LifeNet LLINs.
Rod Flinn
Business Development
Rod is co-founder of Disease Control Technologies. He has had a long and varied career in the public health vector control industry. Rod has lived and worked oversease in South East Asia, Europe, Middle East, The Americans and Africa. Rod brings a strong marketing and product development background to our team.

Leading the charge in the fight against malaria.
DCT is a privately held, wholly owned U.S. company made up from a team of highly experienced individuals, with backgrounds in textile chemistry, textile engineering, production operations management and public health vector control. DCT is dedicated to excellence and innovation and is investing heavily in research and development to find new tools in the battle against malaria and other vector borne diseases such as dengue and chikungunya.
